i was 49.2kg now i ate till 50.5 zzz oh What have i doneeee.
morning: four spoons of oatmeal and milk with hersheys strawberry sauce and a few milo chunks
3 strawberries, 8 blueberries
2pm lunch: 2 spoon garlic rice and sauce
breadbowl with vegetarian curry
6pm dinner: fried chilli eggplants, fried cabbage, 1/3 potato, 1 spoon rice
3 strawberries, 20 blueberries, 1/2 cup milk.
i can only eat once or twice a day,
below 500 calories. THATS IT ANGELICA.

YAY
So here i am. Not going to sleep tonight :D
3 major essays 1500-2000 words each with 10 references, no .coms allowed ): WITH APA FORMAT,
1 mathmatical statistics sheet 15 questions which will drive me haywire
ALL BY MONDAY 1 APRIL
aiyoyo.
the next time i get an assignment, i wont wait for 3 months and start, but straightaway.
waiting for 1 am to tick so my house will be queit And i can finally start, peacefully.
to stay up, i ate:
white toasted bread with magarine
4 1/2 crackers, 1tsp marmite
1 1/2 sliced cheese
1 small clove garlic
half boiled egg
2 tbsp achar
1/2 apple
2 slices cucumber
1/2 old town white coffee
shit. 600+ calories
this afternoon:
vegetarian bak kut teh, 1/2 rice, 1 small cup papaya juice.( 500 plus cals)
TOTAL 1200+ CALS zzzzz
only supposed consume below 600 per day :.
tomorrow at 3 pm : mushroom w pork and 1/2 rice
if buay tahan, one papaya.

call me crazy, but i lost 12 kg, the fact that i ate one proper meal a day and one small one. :)
it doesnt mean i didnt eat. i do. just in smaller amounts. today was crazy though.
No eating until tomorrow afternoon at 3 plus then :)!
