i was 49.2kg now i ate till 50.5 zzz oh What have i doneeee.
morning: four spoons of oatmeal and milk with hersheys strawberry sauce and a few milo chunks
3 strawberries, 8 blueberries
2pm lunch: 2 spoon garlic rice and sauce
breadbowl with vegetarian curry
6pm dinner: fried chilli eggplants, fried cabbage, 1/3 potato, 1 spoon rice
3 strawberries, 20 blueberries, 1/2 cup milk.
i can only eat once or twice a day,
below 500 calories. THATS IT ANGELICA.
